Add a new product

To add a new product:

  1. From your UniEC admin, click Online Store, then choose your stores.
  2. Click Manage Store, go to Products
  3. From the Products page, click Add product.
  4. Enter a title for your product, along with additional details.
  5. Click Save.

Duplicate a product

To save time when you add a new product, you might want to duplicate a similar product. You can duplicate a product and then make any changes to add the new product.

If you want to add options to a product, such as color or size, then add a variant to the existing product instead of duplicating the product.

To duplicate a product:

  1. From your UniEC admin, click Online Store, then choose your stores.
  2. Click Manage Store, go to Products
  3. Choose a product, click Duplicate.
  4. Modify the product details.
  5. Click Save.

Delete a product

You can delete a single product, or delete multiple products at once using a bulk action. When you delete a product, it's permanently removed from Shopify. Deleted products can't be restored. If you run out of stock or no longer want to display a product for any reason, but don’t want to permanently delete it from your store, then you can hide the product instead.

To permanently delete a product:

  1. From your UniEC admin, click Online Store, then choose your stores.
  2. Click Manage Store, go to Products
  3. Choose a product, click Delete.
  4. Click Save.
